Michael Dunham is a member of the Mercury Capital Advisors’ Distribution team. Mr. Dunham has over 25 years of experience in the securities industry in various capacities from capital raising, advising, deal structuring and origination. Mr. Dunham advises institutional clients in North America on their alternative investments in private equity, private debt, hedge funds, infrastructure, venture capital, secondaries and direct investments. Mr. Dunham has worked on over 60 investment funds over his career, representing over $60 billion of capital. Prior to joining Mercury Capital, Mr. Dunham was a Partner and equity owner of Pinnacle Trust Partners, an independent placement and advisory firm for alternative investments. Prior to joining Pinnacle, Mr. Dunham was at Trust Company of the West (TCW), a $265 billion asset management firm based in Los Angeles, CA where he was responsible for marketing all investment products to insurance companies and other financial institutions. Earlier in his career, Mr. Dunham worked at JP Morgan Securities and UBS Securities in New York. Mr. Dunham received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with distinction from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and an M.B.A in Finance from Kelly School of Business at Indiana University. Mr. Dunham is a Series 24, 7 and 63 registered person with Mercury Capital Advisors, LLC, which is a member of FINRA and a securities broker-dealer in the United States.
