Kelly Gardner is a seasoned business generalist responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations related to finance, compliance, technology, human capital and business administration. With an extensive background in strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and process enhancement, Ms. Gardner brings over twenty years of professional experience to drive business success through operational excellence. Kelly serves as both the AML Compliance Officer for Mercury Capital Advisors, LLC which is a member of FINRA and a securities broker dealer in the United States, as well as Deputy MLRO for Mercury Capital Advisors, LLP (DIFC Branch). Ms. Gardner is a member of both Mercury’s HR & Employee Relations Council and Corporate Communications Council. Prior to Mercury, Kelly served as an Office Administrator at Nomura Securities and at Citadel Alternative Asset Management. Ms. Gardner began her career at Bear Stearns where she was a Vice President in the Institutional Equities Division and championed various roles such as Autex/ FIX Messaging Specialist, Trading Assistant, and Administrative Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications from Baruch College.
