Yoko Tanaka is a member of the Mercury Capital Advisors' Distribution team and has more than twenty seven years of experience in the securities industry.  She was previously a Managing Director in the Merrill Lynch Private Equity Funds Group. Ms. Tanaka is responsible for advising investors in Japan for all alternative investments.  Her relationships include banks, insurance companies, pension funds, funds of funds and other asset managers.  Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in 1994, she worked at Société Générale Securities in Tokyo. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Aichi Shukutoku University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.  Ms. Tanaka currently holds a Sales Representative Qualification Class 1 and an Internal Administrative Qualification with the Japan Securities Dealer Association. She is a Series 7 registered person with Mercury Capital Advisors, LLC, which is a member of FINRA and a securities broker-dealer in the United States.
