Julie Bauch is a member of the Mercury Capital Advisors' Project Management team focused on real estate and private equity funds. Prior to joining the firm, she served as Managing Director and COO of BlackRock Global Private Equity. Julie was also a Senior Principal with Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity and was a Director in both Merrill’s Real Estate Investment Banking group and its Global Real Estate Principal Investments group. She has executed over 40 strategic and corporate finance transactions on behalf of real estate clients as an investment banker and has been involved in private equity fundraisings, co-investment offerings and secondary transactions on the principal side. Julie received a BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany and an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Bauch is a Series 7 and 63 registered person with Mercury Capital Advisors, LLC, which is a member of FINRA and a securities broker-dealer in the United States.
